At the January 16, 2024, Council Meeting, Mr. Tony Fleming, Integrity Commissioner for the City of Pembroke, reviewed his report regarding a Code of Conduct. Council made a motion to accept the report and that a copy of the report be posted on the City’s website in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

Electronic Surveillance Monitoring System

At the July 11th, 2023 meeting of Combined Committee, the Electronic Surveillance Monitoring System Use Policy was approved by Committee.
By-law 2023-58 (A by-law to adopt the Electronic Surveillance Monitoring System Use Policy) was passed August 8, 2023.
