The project limits consist of Alfred Street East from the O’Brien Street North to Angus Campbell Drive.
The anticipated scope of works include asphalt removal and replacement, shouldering, ditching, driveway/entrance reinstatements, landscaping reinstatement, and line painting.

Crandall Street Pumping Station Upgrades
|
Project Description
|
The works include the removal and replacement of all components within the existing structure and the installation of a grinder. Electrical works will also be completed on existing wiring and controls and upgrades with a new panel. The works will require the removal of the existing structure top section and the rebuilding of the pump station structure top section including new access hatches. Contract includes reinstatement of gravel and landscaped areas at the site. By pass pumping will also be included in the scope of this project.

Minor traffic disruptions may occur at the cul de sac at the end of Crandall Street.

Dickson Street Watermain Reconstruction (Mackay Street to Pansy Patch Park entrance)

Project Description
|
The works include the removal of the existing asphalt and sidewalk with the replacement of the existing watermain and City owned portion of water services. Work will include full depth road reconstruction, asphalt gutters, paving works, concrete sidewalk installation, structure adjustments, and landscaping reinstatements. Temporary water to the residents on Dickson Street will be a requirement for this project.

Traffic disruptions will occur along Dickson Street between Mackay Street and the entrance to Pansy Patch Park. Lane closures will be in effect throughout the project.

Isabella Catchment Area - Phase 2 (Moffat Street: Renfrew Street to Mary Street)

Project Description
|
The works include the removal of the existing asphalt and sidewalk with the replacement of the existing watermain, sanitary and storm sewer systems and City-owned portion of individual property services. Works will include full depth road reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter installations, paving works, concrete sidewalk installation, structure adjustments, and landscaping reinstatements. Temporary water to the residents on Moffat Street and portions of Isabella Street will be a requirement for this project.

Traffic disruptions will occur on Moffat Street between Renfrew Street and Mary Street. Lane closures will be in effect throughout the project.
Alternate drop off and pick up locations have been coordinated with the Renfrew County Joint Transportation Consortium and the Principal/Director for Cathedral and Wise Owl Daycare.

Asphalt removal works are anticipated to commence mid August. Ditching works and culvert replacements will then be completed prior to the placement of the final lift of asphalt.

The project limits consist of Miller Street between Munro Street and Christie Street.
The anticipated scope of works will include asphalt removal and replacement, concrete curb and gutter replacements, sidewalk panel removal and replacement, driveway/entrance reinstatements, landscaping reinstatement, and line painting.

Paul Martin Drive Resurfacing

Project Description
|
The project limits consist of Paul Martin Drive from the City limits (at approx. International Drive) to Townline Road, as well as Boundary Road from the bridge to Paul Martin Drive and Mud Lake Road from City limits to Paul Martin Drive.
The anticipated scope of works include asphalt removal (either milling of top lift or complete removal) and asphalt replacement, shouldering, ditching, culvert installations, driveway/entrance reinstatements, landscaping reinstatement, and line painting. Bridge works will also be completed as part of this project.
