New this year, The Parks and Recreation Department is partnering with local businesses to bring you Fall Craft Nights!
Each night will feature a different beginner friendly craft led by the very best in the Ottawa Valley. Come out and bring your friends for a night of good laughs and good crafts!
The Schedule
| September 25th: Make a Flower Crown! |
| When: September 25th from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Where: Pembroke Memorial Center, Activity Room Preregistration is required. Spaces are limited.
Re.Planted from Deep River is going to kick off our Fall Craft Nights with a Flower Crown making workshop! Get ready to create a flower crown made from the freshest of flowers! And the best part? If you hang it up to dry, it’ll last forever - as a small wreath, a flower crown, or even a centerpiece! This workshop is $40+hst per person*, and includes all materials and instruction required! Snacks will be generously provided by Thai Garden!

| October 9th: Decorate Fall Cupcakes! |
| When: October 9th from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Julie from Daisies Bakery will host our second Fall Craft Night with a Fall Themed Cupcake Decorating Workshop! This workshop is $22+hst per person*, and includes all materials and instruction required. Each person will get 4 cupcakes to decorate, as well as all the icing and materials that they need! | October 23rd: Soy Candle Workshop! |
| When: October 23d from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Where: Pembroke Memorial Center, Activity Room Preregistration is required. Spaces are limited. Just in time for your pumpkin, Irish Daisy Candle Co. will host our third Fall Craft Night with a Soy Candle Making Workshop! Participants will be making a 6oz soy candle with a wooden wick. They will have the opportunity to make their own custom scent blend or use a preblended scent they already love! This workshop is $21+hst per person*, and includes all materials and instruction required. Snacks will be generously provided by Thai Garden!

| November 6th: Learn to Paint Watercolour! |
| When: November 6th from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Where: Pembroke Memorial Center, Activity Room Preregistration is required. Spaces are limited.
Nuthatch Artist Heather Desormeaux will host our fourth Fall Craft Night, where she will teach how to paint a Poppy scene in Watercolour. This workshop is $10+hst per person*, and includes all materials and instruction required. Snacks will generously be provided by Norki's Snack Shack.

| November 20th: Christmas Greens Workshop! |
| When: November 20th from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Where: Sunset Nursery Preregistration is required. Spaces are limited.
Just in time for the start of December, Sunset Nursery is going to host a Christmas Greens Workshop, where they provide all the materials and instructions on how to make your own Christmas Greens Planter! This workshop is $50+hst per person*, and includes all materials and instruction required. Snacks will be generously provided by Thai Garden! Click here to register.

| December 4th: Sugar Cookie Decorating Workshop! |
| When: December 4th from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Where: Pembroke Memorial Center, Activity Room Preregistration is required. Spaces are limited. Just in time for the Christmas, 7th Heaven Sweets is going to host a Sugar Cookie Decorating workshop, where they provide all the materials and instructions on how to decorate 8 of your very own Sugar Cookies, with Buttercream icing!
This workshop is $40 per person, and includes all materials and instruction required.
