  The City of Pembroke is thrilled to unveil our exciting Canada Day lineup!  

Join us for two days packed with delicious food, family-friendly activities, live entertainment, and spectacular fireworks.
There's something for everyone as we come together to celebrate what makes our community and our country so special!

Canada Day Schedule
 June 30th, 2025

Who: Open to the Public

When: June 30, 5:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Where: Riverside Park

 

To kick off our Canada Day celebrations, join us on June 30th for an evening full of fun and festivities! Enjoy a free BBQ, free T-shirt tie-dyeing, and inflatables for all ages. Don’t miss the high-energy Oh Canada Eh! musical dinner show, followed by a special outdoor screening of Mufasa: The Lion King with free popcorn under the stars!

The celebration continues on July 1st at the Pembroke Waterfront! Enjoy a fun-filled day with craft and food vendors, live music, and exciting performances that the whole family will love such as;

          - Birds of Prey Show: See amazing birds up close and learn cool facts as they fly and show off their skills.

          - Pirate Life: Join fun-loving pirates for temporary tattoos, balloon swords, and pirate-themed fun for all ages.

          - Bubble Show: A fun and interactive experience with giant bubbles and a chance to get in on action.

Plus, celebrate 25 years of the Waterfront Redevelopment with a free BBQ to mark this special milestone in our community!

Opening Ceremony

Free 30-minute boat rides by GSX at the Marina. First come first served. (until 4pm)

Where: Royal Canadian Legion Branch #72, 202 Pembroke Street East

 

It wouldn’t be Canada Day without the Legion’s annual BBQ! Make your way to the Pembroke Legion to enjoy your choice of barbecued steak ($25) or chicken ($20), served with delicious sides. Kids under 12 can enjoy a hot dog and salad for just $3. Enjoy your meal with the live sounds of Groove Revival setting the perfect Canada Day vibe!
