REQUESTS FOR TENDER T-25-19
NELSON STREET SANITARY MAIN REHABILIATION USING CURED-IN-PLACE PIPE LINER
The City of Pembroke is inviting tenders from interested Bidders to provide materials, equipment and labour necessary for the rehabilitation of three (3) sections of an existing 250mm diameter asbestos cement sanitary pipe, for a combined total length of 188m, using a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) in accordance with OPSS Muni 460 located on Nelson Street between Muskrat River and Maple Avenue, in the City of Pembroke, Ontario.
Hard copy sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents and on forms supplied by the City, will be received by Ms. Marsha Hawthorne, Purchasing Manager/Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 until 2:00:59 p.m., Local Time, Thursday October 9, 2025.
Electronic submissions are not acceptable. Tenders will be opened in public. The City will also broadcast the opening by way of a Microsoft Teams meeting. Unofficial bid results will be emailed to all those who submitted bids, shortly after closing. Language of tender submissions is English.
Complete tender documents, in an electronic PDF version, may be obtained through email request to purchasing. Documents will be available for distribution beginning on Thursday, September 18, 2025, during regular office hours (7:30 am to 4:00 pm). All questions relating to this tender will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Thursday October 2, 2025.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
