Janitorial and Building Maintenance Services - Pembroke O.P.P. Detachment
Hard copy sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents and on forms supplied by the City, will be received by the undersigned until 2:00:59 pm, Local Time, Thursday February 6th, 2025.
For the provision of Janitorial and Building Maintenance Services at the City’s Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) Detachment, a two-storey building of approximate 16,000 sq. ft. The contract is for a one-year term with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions.
Electronic submissions are not acceptable. Tenders will be opened immediately following the tender closing and broadcasted by way of a Microsoft Teams Meeting. Language of submissions is English.
The Request for Tender (RFT) PDF document is available Thursday, January 16th, 2025, free of charge through email request to purchasing.
A mandatory site visit will be held on Monday, January 27th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time at the Pembroke OPP Detachment, 77 International Drive, Pembroke, ON. Bidders must confirm their attendance by email purchasing.
All questions relating to this RFT will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Thursday January 30th, 2025. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
