Consulting Services – Official Plan Five Year Review

The City of Pembroke is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services to review and update the Official Plan and review and update the various schedules in the Official Plan.
Complete proposal documents in electronic PDF version, may be obtained through email request to purchasing. Proposal sets will be available for distribution beginning on September 4, 2025, during regular office hours (7:30am to 4:00pm).
Four (4) hard copies of the proposal clearly marked as to contents or emailed PDF copy with signature to purchasing by 2:00:59 PM, Local Time, Thursday, September 25, 2025.
All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
