The City of Pembroke is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to for a study on the feasibility and optimization of a digester flare stick system for the Pollution Control Centre (PCC) at 98 Rankin Street, located in Pembroke, Ontario.
Complete proposal documents in electronic PDF version, may be obtained through email request to purchasing. Proposal sets will be available for distribution beginning on April 3, 2025, during regular office hours (7:30am to 4:00pm).
Four (4) hard copies of the proposal clearly marked as to contents or emailed PDF copy with signature to purchasing by 2:00:59 PM, Local Time, Thursday, April 24, 2025.
All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 17th, 2025.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
