The City of Pembroke is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide Engineering Services for the Engineering Design and Contract Administration for the resurfacing of Paul Martin & River Road in Pembroke, Ontario.
Complete proposal documents in electronic PDF version, may be obtained through email request to purchasing. Proposal sets will be available for distribution beginning on February 20, 2025, during regular office hours (7:30am to 4:00pm).
Four (4) hard copies of the proposal clearly marked as to contents or emailed PDF copy with signature to purchasing.
by 2:00:59 PM, Local Time, Thursday, March 13, 2025. All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
