PROFESSIONAL SERVICES – MAIN FLOOR RENOVATIONS AT CITY HALL
The City of Pembroke is inviting written Proposals from qualified firms to provide architectural and related consulting services for the renovation of the main floor of City Hall, located at 1 Pembroke, Street East, Pembroke, Ontario.
Proposals for RFP No. P-25-02 – Professional Services – Main Floor Renovations at City Hall will be received no later than 2:00:59 PM, LOCAL TIME, Thursday September 18, 2025.
Complete proposal documents, in an electronic PDF version, may be obtained through email request to purchasing. Proposal documents will be available for distribution beginning on Thursday, August 21, 2025, during regular office hours (7:30 am to 4:00 pm). There will not be a public opening.
Proponents shall submit an emailed PDF copy of their proposal, with signature, to purchasing and subject of the email shall read: RFP Submission Re: P-25-02 – Professional Services – Main Floor Renovations at City Hall.
There is a scheduled mandatory site visit on Wednesday, August 27th at 10:00 a.m. All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 pm local time on Thursday September 4th, 2025. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposals may not necessarily be accepted.
