Public Notice - Special Meeting of Council, November 5

Please be advised that a Special Council Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 5 p.m. in Council Chambers.  Part of the meeting will be closed to the public to discuss litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or board as per Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act, a construction contract and a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board as per Section 239(2)(c) of the Municipal Act, Potential acquisition of land – former CN Lands/B Trail.
