Proposed Disposal of Viable Surplus Land on Garden Street

The Corporation of the City of Pembroke hereby gives notice of the proposed sale of land:

The piece of land is legally described as Plan 611 Block 77. The land is located at the end of Garden Street, with frontage on Cecelia Street as well.

The land to be sold currently a passive municipal park (approximately 0.4 acres).

The land is zoned "Open Space" and will need to be rezoned to a residential zoning.

Parties with submissions or concerns should response to this notice within 20 days (no later than March 12, 2025).
