
The Corporation of the City of Pembroke hereby gives notice of the proposed sale of land:
The piece of land located in between two sections of Almira Street crossing the former rail line, bordered by Julien Street on the south and Thompson Street on the north.
The land to be sold is currently an unopened road allowance (approximately 0.34 acres).
The land is zoned "Residential Type 2 – R2”.
Parties with submissions or concerns should response to this notice within 20 days (no later than May 26, 2025).
