The Christmas season is a special time of year. It is a time to celebrate with loved ones, family members, and friends.
While reflecting on this season, and as 2024 concludes, I wish our residents, businesses, and organizations all the joy this season has to offer.
The City of Pembroke had an eventful 2024 and I am continually impressed with how this community steps up and works together to make Pembroke the best it can be. We experienced innovative and collaborative approaches to working on challenging issues, incredible community events, infrastructure and asset improvements, and the strong sense of community that endures here.
For those looking for some winter fun over the next few weeks, be sure to stop by the Pembroke Memorial Centre for a variety of free skating opportunities, all of which you’ll be able to find on our social media pages. It is also a great time to enjoy the outdoors in one of our many parks. Information about our facilities and amenities are available on our website.
As always, my door is open should ratepayers wish to meet with me to discuss municipal matters that affect them.
