At the November 21, 2023 Council Meeting, Mr. Tony Fleming, Integrity Commissioner for the City of Pembroke, reviewed his report and recommendations regarding a Code of Conduct Complaint. Council made the following motion:
- That this Council resolves that with respect to the report of the Integrity Commissioner dated November 6, 2023, respecting Councillor Purcell, that this council does not agree fully with the report and that a copy of this resolution be posted on the City’s website along with the report in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
