This week is Fire Prevention Week! This year's theme is Charge into Fire Safety.
We encourage residents to attend the Pembroke Fire Department Open House this Saturday and visit any of the smoke alarm exchange opportunities this week.
Residents of the City of Pembroke can exchange a non-working smoke alarm for a new one—free of charge, while supplies last—and conveniently drop off used batteries for recycling.
Tuesday, Oct. 7 – West End Mall (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
Wednesday, Oct. 8 – Giant Tiger (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
Thursday, Oct. 9 – Pembroke Mall (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
Sunday, Oct. 5 – PMC, Lumber Kings Game (6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.)
Any time during Fire Prevention Week at 200 International Dr. (October 5th – 11th)
