We encourage City of Pembroke property owners to use alternative payment options for property tax and water and sewer billings.
- Online banking
- Add City of Pembroke as a payee through your financial institution online banking
- Using the search-term ‘Pembroke’ and choose ‘Pembroke Taxes’ to pay property taxes or ‘Pembroke Water or Waterworks’ to pay water and sewer
- For the tax account number, use the roll number starting with the zeros and no dashes
- For the water and sewer account number, use the 10-digit account number found on the notice and no decimals. For TD accounts, please add two additional zeros to the end
- Please allow 3 business days for processing
- Monthly pre-authorized payment plan
- Withdrawals are debited on the 15th of each month
- Register by visiting Pembroke.ca and search ‘payment options’
- Can be completed and submitted through email or in office
- A void cheque or copy of your banking information is required
