Tenders will be opened in public and broadcast by way of a Teams meeting. Unofficial bid results will be emailed to all those who submitted bids, shortly after tender closing. Language of tender submissions is English.
The general scope of work consists of the rehabilitation of three (3) sections of an existing 450mm diameter corrugated metal storm pipe, for a combined total length of 151m, using a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) felt liner and pipe resin. Construction completion is scheduled for November 30, 2024.
Complete tender documents, in a standard paper version. May be obtained from the City of Pembroke Operations Department at the address noted below, or a complete PDF version may be obtained through email request to purchasing. Tender sets will be available for pick-up beginning on Thursday, June 20, 2024 during regular office hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
All questions relating to this tender request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, July 4, 2024.
The successful bidder will be required to file with the City of Pembroke the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) business days of being awarded the Contract.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
