Be It Resolved That the Corporation of the City of Pembroke declares the following land as surplus and gives notice of the proposed sale of land:
The piece of land is located in the James W. Lapointe Motor Holdings Inc. Plan of Subdivision located off of Boundary Road West. The Plan of Subdivision proposes 45 lots for single detached dwellings on Eddy Crescent. Eddy Crescent is not yet been assumed by the City of Pembroke. The developer would like to create a 46th lot from land that is currently owned by the City of Pembroke. The property is legally described as Part of Lots 34 and 35, Concession 1 and being part of Part 1 on Reference Plan 49R-3187; City of Pembroke.
The proposed Lot 46 would have a frontage of 61 feet by a depth of 101 feet for a total lot area of approximately 6,161 square feet. The proposed Lot 46 is presently zoned “Open Space – OS” and would require a rezoning to match the remainder of the subdivision which is “Residential Type 2 – R2”.
