Movement Matters: Free Workouts for Businesses
We're continuing our business support programming by offering you the chance to enjoy some free physical exercise.
When you feel like being active or de-stressing through movement, we want to help you do that with a special series in partnership with Inner Strength Training and Coaching.
Request access and we will send you the code for up to five drop-in passes for the MindBody classes at Inner Strength (79 Renfrew St.).
This is open to all Pembroke businesses including owners, managers, and staff. Each interested person should fill out the request form individually.
There are a limited number of passes available, and they will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.

Funding Feature
Meridian Business Accelerator Loans Program
Securing business financing can be difficult for entrepreneurs, and unfortunately this challenge is often greater for entrepreneurs in diverse groups, including: Indigenous peoples, women entrepreneurs, newcomers to Canada, visible minorities, 2SLGBTQ+ people, and people with disabilities.
To help close that financing gap, Meridian’s Business Accelerator loans program offer flexible term financing for improved access to working capital between $25,000 and $500,000, supported by BDC.
