Pembroke Business Improvement Area |
The Pembroke Business Improvement Area (PBIA) represents the businesses and property owners in Pembroke's downtown core. It has a mandate to promote, maintain, and beautify downtown. All properties located within its boundaries are automatically members of the organization. |
