Electronic submissions are not acceptable.  Tenders will be opened in public and the City will broadcast the tender opening by way of a Microsoft Teams meeting.  Unofficial bid results will be emailed to all those who submitted bids, shortly after tender closing.  Language of tender submissions is English.

Complete tender documents, in an electronic PDF version, may be obtained through email request to purchasing.  Tender documents will be available for distribution beginning on Thursday, March 26, 2026, during regular office hours (7:30 am to 4:00 pm).

All questions relating to these tender requests will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 9, 2026.

The City of Pembroke is inviting quotations from interested Bidders to provide the labour, equipment, and materials necessary the crushing and stockpiling of reclaimed asphalt pavement and granular at the City’s Quarry Road Stockpiling area, located at 290 Quarry Road, Pembroke, ON.

A mandatory site visit will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

TENDER FOR D’ARCY STREET RECONSTRUCTION (MURRAY ST TO CHRISTIE ST)

TENDER CONTRACT NO. T-26-07

The general scope of work consists of reconstruction of D’arcy Street from Murray Street to Christie Street. The reconstruction includes asphalt removal, granulars, paving, concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter works, structure adjustments, driveway/entrance reinstatement, landscaping reinstatement, and line painting. Anticipated date of construction completion is July 31, 2026.

The successful bidder will be required to file with the City of Pembroke the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) business days of being awarded the Contract.
