Pembroke has a comprehensive set of trails throughout the city to explore for both motorized and non-motorized recreational use year-round. Among the highlights are the Kiwanis Walkway, which connects the Pembroke Waterfront to Riverside Park and is open to non-motorized trail users and the Algonquin Trail, a multi-use trail which travels through downtown Pembroke and is part of the Ottawa Valley Recreational Trail.
