Please be advised that a Special Council Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers.  Part of the meeting will be closed to the public to discuss a position, plan, procedure, criteria, or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on by or on behalf of the municipality [Section 239(2)(k)] of the Municipal Act regarding Waterfront Development.
