Sealed quotations, clearly marked as to contents and filled out on forms supplied by the Pembroke Business Improvement Area, will be received by the undersigned before 2 p.m. local time on Friday, November 24, 2023 for the following:
• The changing of existing garbage receptacles every second day in the Pembroke Business Improvement Area district;
• The fertilization of, and weeding and loosening of soil in existing cement planters in the Pembroke Business Improvement Area district for the summer, along with the planting and removal of plants in the same planters;
• The placement and removal of temporary summer planters in the Pembroke Business Improvement Area district;
• The summer watering of all Pembroke Business Improvement Area planters;
• The seasonal installation and removal of benches and bike racks in the Pembroke Business Improvement Area district;
• The storage of the Pembroke Business Improvement Area stage; and,
• An annual weeding of the Pembroke Street sidewalks and 16 flower beds in the Pembroke Business Improvement Area district.
• The contract will be for three (3) years starting on January 1, 2024 and ending on December 31, 2026.

Faxed submissions are not acceptable. The Pembroke Business Improvement Area reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
