The City of Pembroke is inviting written Proposals from qualified firms to develop two separate documents, an innovative Parks & Recreation Master Plan which will contain strategies that effectively address active living, recreation , parks and facility services through the provision of a comprehensive study that is fiscally appropriate for the City AND an Age Friendly Community Plan which will provide a framework to help ensure that decisions and actions reflect and respond to the needs of older adults in the community.
Proposals for RFP No. P-23-05 – Consulting Services for Parks & Recreation Master Plan & Age Friendly Community Plan will be received no later than:
2:00:59 PM, LOCAL TIME, Thursday June 8, 2023
Proposal documents are available May 18th, 2023 and may be obtained, free of charge, through email request to purchasing@pembroke.ca. Language of proposal submissions is English. Proposals will be opened immediately following closing time. There will not be a public opening.
Proponents shall submit an emailed PDF copy of their proposal, with signature, to purchasing@pembroke.ca and subject of the email shall read: RFP Submission Re: P-23-05 Consulting Services for Parks & Recreation Master Plan & Age Friendly Community Plan. No hard copy proposals will be accepted.
All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 pm local time on Thursday June 1, 2023.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposals may not necessarily be accepted.
