The City of Pembroke is inviting written proposals through this Request for Proposal from qualified firms to complete both an Infrastructure Needs Study and a 20-year Facility Plan for the City’s Water and Sanitary Systems.
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Marsha Hawthorne, Purchasing Manager/Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON K8A 1A1 or an electronic PDF version emailed to purchasing@pembroke.ca until:
2:00:59 PM, LOCAL TIME, FRIDAY FEBRUARY 10, 2023
The Request for Proposal (RFP) document is available on or after Monday, January 23, 2023, and may be obtained, free of charge, through email request to purchasing@pembroke.ca. Language of proposal submissions is English. Proposals will be opened immediately following closing time. There will not be a public opening.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
