Planning & Development Committee
Community Improvement Panel COVID-19 Business Support Grant
Committee agreed to continue to offer the COVID-19 Business Support Grant until December 31, paying out of the regular CIP budget and the program would be reviewed again after the deadline.
Finance & Administration Committee
Ronald McDonald House Charities Request
Staff was directed to communicate with the organization indicating that although Committee recognizes the valuable service provided to out-of-town families needing accommodation, the request has been denied as the item was not included in the 2022 budget.

Council passed By-law 2022-20 repealing By-law 2021-67, the City of Pembroke’s Vaccination Policy – Coronavirus (COVID-19) for the Corporation of the City of Pembroke.
By-law 2022-21 – Emergency Management Program
Council passed By-law 2022-21 authorizing and adopting the City of Pembroke’s Emergency Management Program and Emergency Plan which appointed the Fire Chief as the Community Emergency Management Coordinator.

Council passed By-law 2022-22 authorizing the amendment of the Official Plan 2016 regarding 0 Julien Street.
By-law 2022-23 – 0 Julien Street Zoning By-law Amendment
