When a fire inspection is done, the fire inspector will give you a work order list of things that need to be fixed and give you a date that it needs to be fixed by. The inspector will book a future inspection date and will come to make sure that you have properly fixed all the things that were in violation on the first visit. The property must pass the second inspection before the fire inspector can give you a letter of compliance.
